Narce Media Shortlisted for Entrepreneur Awards

Local Jewellery Quarter company Narce Media has been shortlisted for “Start-up Entrepreneur of the Year” in the NatWest Great British Entrepreneur Awards!

Connor and Joe said: “When we found out about the shortlisting we couldn’t stop smiling. The trials and tribulations over the last year have been a massive learning curve for us and to be shortlisted for such a prestigious award shows the recognition of the hard work we’ve put in.”

Narce was founded by two Aston University graduates Connor Watt and Joseph Housley in the summer of 2018. With the conclusion of their university studies, Connor and Joe decided that this was the time to take action on their long-standing dream to start a business – Narce Media. Narce Media is a video production specialist with focusing on highly ambitious B2B organisations and on teaming up with agencies across the nation to slot in as their video partner. After 5 months of hard work, they managed to quit their part-time jobs. One year on since starting, Narce Media have a roster of prestigious long-term clients and have moved into a new office and film studio in the Jewellery Quarter with two additional employees.

Founded in 2013, the NatWest Great British Entrepreneur Awards acknowledges the hard work and inspiring stories of entrepreneurs and businesses in the United Kingdom. The Awards have celebrated some outstanding entrepreneurs who have gone on to become household names. The regional finals are taking place on 25th September and the overall winners will be announced on 21st November.

The fate of Narce Media is now in the hands of the judges’ which boasts the former dragon, James Caan CBE on the panel.
