Office Space Opens for Start-up Businesses

85 Caroline Street has become the host of newly refurbished work space in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, one of the most creative business hubs in Birmingham.
The ground floor has been specially designed with a communal bench for start-up businesses. It includes individual sound proof units which would also be suitable for Jewellers, office work and other types of business.
Facilities include a kitchen / restroom, toilet, shower, and use of a courtyard; equipment includes a polishing room. The building is electronically protected for security and can be accessed 24/7 perfect for businesses working on a flexible rota.
BID manager, Luke Crane, met with the owner of the creative work space, Michele White, who gave him a tour of the building. “It’s an excellent space and Michele has done a great job with it. Encouraging new businesses in the Quarter is what we like to see and this certainly is the environment for this.”
Michelle is also an artist who will be working in the building herself while exhibiting her pieces in the gallery front of house.
