The leading independent sales and lettings agents, based on George Street in the Jewellery Quarter, has opened an office on Waterfront Walk, which connects The Mailbox and Brindleyplace. The new office will enable Maguire Jackson to bring its expertise to the main city core linking with its other office in the Convention Quarter.

Philip Jackson, director of Maguire Jackson, says: “We are continuing to see a positive uplift in the property market – not just from professionals looking to get their first or second step on the ladder – but also from individual and institutional investors looking to build their portfolios.

“Property in central Birmingham is currently seen as a great investment opportunity, offering good value for money and strong demand from tenants.”

Maguire Jackson opened its first office in 2004 in Sheepcote Street in the Convention Quarter before opening in George Street, Jewellery Quarter in 2008.

“The opening of the Waterfront Walk office ensures Maguire Jackson is well positioned to advise on property deals in the very heart of the city, providing the best advice on the market to those living in Birmingham or indeed looking to invest,” added Philip.

“We know that both clients and applicants appreciate the convenience of our well located offices and the specialist local knowledge they each have. We expect to quickly build further success in this core location.”
