Almost 15 years after it first appeared on our screens, How to Look Good Naked is back and with a resident hairdresser, Birmingham’s own Dale Hollinshead, owner of Hazel & Haydn, in the Jewellery Quarter.

Fronted by original presenter and super stylist Gok Wan, the new series airs on Really from Wednesday 4th March. The programme is designed to help a new generation of people suffering from a lack of body confidence to feel good about how they look, both in and out of their clothes – an issue that has never been more prevalent in today’s society.

The new series will follow several people of all ages to offer them the ultimate feel good transformation, with Dale creating a brand-new hair look for each and advising on suitable styles hair care for everyone.

Dale is no stranger to TV. He and the Hazel & Haydn team were the chosen salon for to test and select the best hair electrical hair products on The Gadget Show’s Christmas Special, and they created the hair for a BBC3 Glow Up episode focusing on celebs on the red carpet at the National TV Awards.

Dale says, “It’s been so great to work on this new series of How To Look Good Naked. We were chosen following several previous TV appearances where we had to work under pressure and because of the all-round expertise of the Hazel & Haydn stylists. It was a great opportunity for us to demonstrate our extensive colour skills as we transformed the hair of each woman.”

Hazel & Haydn is renowned for delivering creative hairdressing in a beautiful, contemporary and friendly environment. The salon has been designed to meet the needs of the clientele with a chilled atmosphere throughout, despite a substantial hi-tech investment to suit both now and the future. Downstairs is open, friendly, and often very lively, whilst upstairs offers a tranquil area where clients can relax.

Hazel & Haydn can be found at: 25 Caroline Street, Jewellery Quarter, B3 1UE. Tel: 0121 604 8886
