———————————

When you speak to most people these days the words they use to describe the current situation usually include, unbelievable, surreal and what do I do next?  There’s no doubt that this is one of the greatest challenges facing independent businesses in living memory but there is also a real sense of people determined to find a way to keep going.  Let’s face it, the British people are renowned for their spirit and courage in the face of adversity.

The same is true for many of the businesses across the Jewellery Quarter with independent restaurants, bars, pubs, coffee shops, and retailers looking for ways to carry on and deliver their services to people in the area.  Many of these are independent business that could really use your help if they’re to weather this storm.  They’re changing the way that they do business and you can help by supporting them and keeping their businesses alive.

We’ve put together a useful list of independent businesses that you can use as a handy guide to who is still open and how you can order from them.  You may be self-isolating but that doesn’t mean that you have to go without your favourite treats and products.  This is your chance to support your favourite businesses and make sure that they are still around when this blows over – as it will.

We’ve done all we can to put together a comprehensive list but if you’re open and not on this list then contact us and we’ll make sure that you’re added right away. You can get in touch via info@jqdt.org or 0121 233 2814.
