Cheese & … Cognac

The fifth in our series of “Cheese & …” Tastings. And as we approach the festive season, we’re talking all things Cognac!We’ve teamed up with the guys at Hine who will be showcasing 4 incredible French brandies alongside our British cheeses. They’ll be chatting about the beauty of the spirits and the way they’re produced, how to taste them and what to look for, whilst our in-house cheese guru Abi will of course be giving an in-depth look at the cheeses they’re paired with. Our “Cheese &…” series is all about showcasing different ways of pairing drinks with cheese, from spirits to ciders, and tequila to tea! We love working with our favourite producers to put these together and show, not only some fabulous produce, but some incredible expertise as well!
