To maintain low crime levels in the area, the Jewellery Quarter Police Neighbourhood Team is conducting Police Surgeries in various locations every day this week.

The police vans will be parked next to an informative stand full of crime prevention pamphlets and aids. Police offers will be on hand throughout the day to discuss issues and to give advice to the Jewellery Quarter community.

In order to increase communication between residents and local visitors, the Jewellery Quarter Neighbourhood Police Team will be running surgeries once a week this summer, giving residents and visitors the opportunity to speak directly to police officers about the issues concerning them.

Outside of the summer months, the police team conducts surgeries once a month throughout the year.
