The NAJ Announce Dates for Retail Congress Event

The National Association of Jewellers (NAJ) is delighted to announce the dates for this year’s Retail Congress hosted by the JET Business Network (JBN).
The JET Business Network’s 16th Annual Retail Congress will take place on Tuesday, 3rd June, at the new venue of Drayton Manor Resort, Tamworth and is guaranteed to give you one of the rides of your life.
This year’s theme, “Lessons from the Best in Class”, will feature award-winning business owners from inside and outside the jewellery industry who will be sharing their knowledge, experience and expertise across a vital range of commercial topics to help retail jewellers not only ‘survive 25’ but thrive over the coming years in Sales, Marketing, Leadership, Differentiation and Destination.
The event is not all about business. Join us for a relaxed pre-Congress networking dinner on the evening of Monday, 2nd June, and take the opportunity of a complimentary afternoon ticket to ride your old favourites and newest white-knuckle ride –Â Disk’O Coaster at the onsite Drayton Manor Theme Park.
The following morning, registration opens from 9am before the JBN Facilitator Michael Donaldson opens his 11th and final Congress at 9.30am – before his summer retirement from the role.
