Are you a “Craft-ista” based in Birmingham?

Starting early next year, The Hive Heritage Hub will be hosting monthly craft sessions for members of the public.

The Saturday Sessions start in January and will take place on the 2nd Saturday of each month, with different workshops programmed throughout the day and into the evening.

The team is looking to commission experienced workshop facilitators with a talent to run these public/family sessions.

Rachael Cooksey, Heritage Programme Manager at The Hive Heritage Hub said: “If you are interested in running a workshop, we would love to see you at our Open Night on 18th October, between 4 and 7 pm to introduce yourself and ‘pitch’ your craft – whether its jewellery-making, leather work, music, poetry, writing, music, paper-folding, candle-making or felting – we’re open to suggestions.”
