First-time buyers should head over to Setl this Saturday, where agents Savills will be hosting a dedicated event for those wanting to purchase their first home.

Setl, located on Ludgate Hill, just off St Paul’s Square, is the Jewellery Quarter’s newest residential building. With its tranquil design and luxury hotel-style amenities, it is one of Birmingham’s most sought-after addresses.

The first-time buyer open day will be held from 11am to 3pm on Saturday 28th September. A financial advisor will be able to answer any queries people may have, while the Savills team will be on hand for show apartment viewings and tours of the co-working lounge, wellness studio and private roof terrace.

Developer HBD, part of Henry Boot, recently released several ‘discount-to-market-sale’ apartments, with eligible first-time buyers able to buy their first home for as little as £154,500, a discount of 40%.

One-bedroom apartments at Setl start at £225,000 and two bed homes from £355,000. The canal side scheme has proven incredibly popular, with more than half of the 102 apartments already sold.
