Developer HBD, part of Henry Boot, has six ‘discount-to-market sale’ apartments available for eligible first-time buyers at Setl, one of the Jewellery Quarter’s most sought-after new developments.

One bedroom apartments at Setl start at £255,000 and two bed homes from £355,000 – but eligible first time buyers living or working in Birmingham could secure an apartment from as little as £154,500; a 40% discount.

HBD completed Setl in May and the canal side scheme has proven incredibly popular, with more than half of the 102 apartments already sold.
