DRINKING CULTURE : TOUR THROUGH MEXICO IN FLAVOURS

Explore Mexico through regional flavours and delicacies. Together we will traverse Mexico studying spirit production, history, tradition, politics, climate, food culture and superstition, and how there is a whole world of agave spirits to explore ranging from Tequila to Mezcal, Raicilla to Sotol and even Bacanora for good measure.
