ERDF grants up for grabs

Don’t Miss Out! Birmingham City Council is inviting applications for ERDF Land and Property grants in the Jewellery Quarter and Digbeth.

A limited amount of ERDF grant funding is still available and yet to be allocated. If you have a scheme in mind and require help with capital funding then please get in touch with us immediately, and we will assess your eligibility for the grant.

Two levels of grant are available:

Key Opportunities – grants from £100,000 up to £1 million are available up to 35% of eligible project costs. The closing date for applications is 5pm on Tuesday 28th May 2013.

Property Assistance – grants up to £100,000 are available up to 50% of eligible project costs. Applications will be considered on a first come first served basis, until the funding is allocated.

Works could include new building work, extending existing commercial premises, external and internal structural works, fixed plant and equipment.

Please note that retail, housing, education and leisure uses are not eligible.
