Get the Female Perspective

Reading Time: < 1 minute

The Blue Orange Theatre is set to give you the female perspective this April by showcasing three plays with an all female cast.

With the recent success of short readings such as ‘Shorts’ and ‘Culture Shock’, The Blue Orange Writers have decided to start showcasing longer plays to celebrate their first anniversary of writing together. The three pieces were selected as a part of a competition hosted by Blue Orange Writers group.

The production, entitled ‘A Female Perspective’, will be produced by Blue Orange Arts and promises to serve up many twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

The production will take place from 10th – 12th April. ‘A Stab in the Dark’, ‘Black Hole’ and ‘Cradle Days’ explore dark themes of murder, tragedy and secrecy. Fans of psychological thrillers and crime dramas will be in their element!

The performances will start at 7.45pm with the inclusion of a matinee showing at 2.30pm on 12th April for those who would prefer to visit in the afternoon.

Tickets for ‘A Female Perspective’ are £8 and can be purchased online at www.blueorangetheatre.co.uk or via the box office on 0121 212 2643.
