Crochet Workshop

We are seeking volunteers to join artist Yingrou Li for a FREE crochet workshop.Drop in and join us for a relaxed session in The Hive Lounge between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Friday, April 11th. All abilities are welcome, from beginners to experienced crocheters. Beginners will be supported in learning the basics, and more experienced crocheters are welcome to join and share their experience.Through the rhythmic and repetitive movements of crochet, Yingrou is exploring crochet as a mindful practice. Yingrou is a final-year student studying Art & Design with Creative Technologies at Birmingham City University. During the workshop, she will make audio recordings, documenting the sounds generated through the process, which will contribute to her graduate show.All tools and materials are provided.
