1000 Trades Presents: Summer Party 2025

It’s the big one….now that we have two venues why not use them eh?We kick off at 2pm with DJ Greg and Eclectic Sessions in (we hope) beautiful sunshine play some chilled soulful vibes from across the spectrum, followed by special guest 12Tree all the way from Barthalona with a live set of Balearic-influenced original compositions and covers. Things take a 80s turn with old favourites Popgang from Stroud serving up their brand of The Cure meets Public Service Broadcasting in a delicious cocktail. DJ Stapes closes at the Park with a broken beat, jazz-fused tribute to West London legend Phil Asher.——Carriages to JQ (well, a minibus shuttle) 7.30–9.30pm——Kicking right back on at JQ Geeburd brings us his musical pinkathon with Club Flamingo, laying down the tracks for some credible 80s bangers courtesy of NowHam before DJ Stapes does some barrel scraping of classic 90s pop house (think David Morales remixes). But what barrels. Matt Cottom and Pitch Control takes things to a new level all below 120bpm, Downtempo Disco gets it’s groove on and then producer 12Tree returns for a DJ set to make dreams to finish us off in the small hours.
