“Go see Eileen, she can probably do it” is an utterance heard regularly around the Jewellery Quarter, and has been for the last quarter-century thanks to the ingenuity and thoughtfulness with which EAG Engraving approaches any and all pieces that come through the door. Of course, with such a long history of producing work of the highest quality comes a great deal of insight and no shortage of anecdotes about the quarter, the trade and life itself that, given half the chance, our fearless leader and chief engraver Eileen will enthusiastically recount.
