Change was established as a counselling charity in 1991. We are the centre of excellence for Solution Focused Therapy in the Midlands. We provide a counselling service to all and also run courses and trainings for counsellors, teachers, social workers, health workers and managerial workers etc from all over the world. We are members of both BACP and UKASFP, our professional bodies. Solution focused counselling is very effective as we concentrate on what is working in the here and now and help people construct a more useful life.

We deal with all emotional issues and have a remarkable success rate with our clients. If people are anxious or depressed, have panic attacks, we are the people to come to, we are staffed by volunteers so we aren’t always in the office. If people wish to self refer, they can email or phone us and leave a message so we can call them back when we are in the office.
