Businesses invited to tourism training session

Visit Birmingham and the West Midlands are supporting VisitEngland to offer local tourism businesses ‘Taking England to the World’ training session which is taking place on the 17th November at the Old Library in Birmingham.
This training is an opportunity for West Midlands attractions, accommodation providers, and excursions who are interested in becoming travel trade ready and working with international markets.
Led by industry experts, this course is a refresher to the tourism development programme, with additional sessions to help you reach new international audiences, covering topics ranging from:
- Inbound tourism- Value, opportunities, market behaviours and trends
- Defining your product offering, Pricing and Distribution
- Building powerful relationships with the travel trade
- Digital marketing and content creation
This one-day course will be held on:

A free buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided.

This event is offered free of charge, however, a £25 no-show fee will apply if registration has not been cancelled within five working days of the event, to cover costs.
