HIIT session

Join in on a 30 minute HIIT training session to kick-start your Saturday morning! The session will include: a warm up, a high intensity WORKOUT (variable for all levels of fitness) and a cool down.

The Kaizen Centre is the evolution of one of Birmingham’s martial arts centres. Combined with a strength & conditioning facility and a training space that brings martial arts like Aikido Te, Karate and Aikijutsu together with high performance Yoga, personal coaching and MetCon Fitness sessions.
