ATTIC’S BIG BEER ADVENTURE – A CELEBRATION OF INDEPENDENT BEER

Reading Time: 2 minutes

In support of The Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) Indie Beer Campaign, Attic Brew Co. have created Attic’s Big Beer Adventure! A week-long celebration of independent venues and Attic’s beer.  From Stirchley to the Jewellery Quarter, Solihull to Bromsgrove, beer adventurers can explore the thriving independent beer scene, discover incredible venues and, of course, drink tasty Attic beers along the way.

HOW IT WORKS

The trail will highlight venues pouring Attic drinks and customers who visit participating venues and enjoy an Attic beer (half-pint or more) will earn a stamp towards an exclusive Attic x Indie Beer Trail badge as a reward.

Adventurers can pick up a specially curated trail guide from any of the participating venues and make their own route around the different areas. At each venue, they can collect a stamp with any Attic beer purchase (one per venue). The first 500 participants to collect 6 venue stamps can pick up a limited-edition festival pin badge from one of the badge collection venues.

WHY INDIE BEER WEEK?

Indie Beer Week (11th – 20th April 2025) is a nationwide initiative by SIBA to champion independent brewing and hospitality. Events like this not only showcase the quality, creativity, and diversity of indie beer but also highlight the local venues that make the Midlands’  beer culture so unique.

“Attic’s Indie Beer Trail brings together some of the best indie beer venues in Birmingham, offering beer fans a fantastic way to explore the city’s thriving scene. We’re proud to support this event and can’t wait to see beer lovers sharing their experiences using #IndieBeerWeek. For more on this and other Indie Beer Week events, visit www.indiebeer.uk.”
— Neil Walker, Indie Beer Campaign

A LOCAL HISTORY

Inspired by Brum Brew Fest, founded in 2022 by Catherine Webber (founder of Brum Beer Babs), this trail continues the tradition of bringing people together through beer.
