BAKED IN BRICK OPENS FIFTH NEIGHBOURHOOD CAFÉ, BAKEHOUSE
Baked In Brick has opened Bakehouse in the Jewellery Quarter, serving homemade bread, pastries, and baked goods
Baked In Brick has opened a new Bakehouse site in the Jewellery Quarter, its fifth venue under the café concept which has opened in the last two years. The new Bakehouse joins the existing venues in Sutton Coldfield, Wylde Green, Broad Street and Digbeth.
The menu will feature the typical selection of goods expected from a Baked in Brick, Bakehouse, including an array of sandwiches with homemade sourdough, and a range of artisanal bread, such as Bloomers, Rolls, Focaccia, and tin loaves, which will all be freshly made every day. As well as a variety of mouth-watering pastries, cakes and baked goods, guests can also expect hot food such as delicious soups and toasties.
All of Bakehouse’s treats are available to enjoy at the venue or can be taken home. The tables are ideal for catchups with friends or hybrid workers looking for a change of scenery and artisanal delights.
Bakehouse by Baked in Brick has been designed by Mathilde le Villain, founder of LA VILLAINE, an award-winning interior design studio, specialising in Hospitality and F&B design. The artwork for the venue has been done by local chalk artist, Cali Martin of Magic Chalks.
Lee DeSanges, Owner and Director of the Baked in Brick group, said “We’re so proud to have opened our fifth location in Birmingham. We’re looking forward to Bakehouse becoming part of the Jewellery Quarter community, and welcoming in local residents and visitors to the area, to try our signature bakes.”
Bakehouse by Baked in Brick is located on Northwood Street, Jewellery Quarter.
Bakehouse is open Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm; Saturday: 9am – 4pm; Sunday: 10am – 4pm.
