Birmingham commercial property agents Siddall Jones have sealed the sale of an office suite in the Jewellery Quarter.
Acting on behalf of waste management company Clearabee, Siddall Jones has completed the sale of the 2,695 sq ft second floor of Griffin House to transport consultancy Mode Transport for £540,000.
Near to St Pauls Square, Griffin House was home to Clearabee until earlier this year when the company relocated to The Hub in Aston.
Mode Transport currently has offices in Manchester, Birmingham and London, working on projects and secondments throughout the UK and overseas.
Ed Siddall-Jones, managing director of Siddall Jones, said:
The Birmingham office market continues to perform well, particularly in the sub-£1 million bracket, as business owners look to take advantage of tax benefits of owning a commercial property in their personal pension.
Birmingham is still viewed as an attractive and undervalued city, and we are witnessing strong demand to purchase from local, national and overseas buyers.
MFG Solicitors in Worcester acted for Clearabee and the Wilkes Partnership in Birmingham advised Mode Transport.
