St Paul’s Church launches film club

February sees the launch of St Paul’s Film Club, with a different movie being shown at the church every month.
The Reverend Mary Gilbert, who is a huge movie fan herself, sees the film club as an ideal way for film fanatics to meet and enjoy a wide range of titles. From the modern to the classics and the light-hearted to the thought provoking – there is definitely something to cater for all tastes.
The first event will take place on Monday 25th February (7.30pm start), with a showing of Wim Wenders’ 1987 romantic fantasy Wings of Desire. Tickets cost £5 per person, which includes refreshments.
