There are lots of potential new developments in the pipeline, which will further enhance the Jewellery Quarter’s offering.

28 St Paul’s Square – Two-storey roof addition in conjunction with change of use to comprise ground floor retail, two, two-bedroom apartments at first and second floors and a three-bedroom duplex apartment on proposed third and fourth floors.

Former Kettleworks – Part demolition, part conversion and part new build of land bound by Icknield Street, Pope Street and Camden Street, including the Kettleworks building, for erection of 313 residential units with ancillary commercial unit (A1/A2), gym (D2) and associated infrastructure, parking and landscaping.

83 -85 Spencer Street – Change of use of second floor workshop (B1) to residential dwellings (C3).

The Hen & Chickens, Constitution Hill – Listed Building Consent for demolition of rear lobby and toilets to form barrel access to cellar, internal alterations and erection of single-storey rear extension.

Land at the junction of Mary Street and 43 Northwood Street – Erection of a four-storey development of nine townhouses and an office building with associated landscaped courtyard and basement car parking with access from adjacent Kenyon Forge development.

Medgate UK Ltd – Refurbishment of existing building to provide ground floor restaurant/cafe with three apartments above, roof  extension to form one apartment, demolition of single-storey rear building and erection of four, four-storey townhouses.
