Jewellery Quarter Road Closures for major filming production

Several roads around Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter are set to close next weekend to make way for a major filming production.

The closures – beginning on 7am on 19th August and lasting until 6am the following day – are for the purpose of kitting the streets up ready for filming, which will see the Jewellery Quarter turned into a futuristic America.

The production company organising the filming, Deep Blue Productions, have worked closely with traffic management to ensure that the road closures have a minimal impact on traffic flow within the city.

Road Closures 19th August – 20th August:

From 7am-6am

Livery Street between Cox Street and Water Street

Mary Anne Street between St Paul’s Square and Livery Street

From 5pm-6am
