Jewellery Quarter agency Big Cat has boosted its team with two new appointments to both the design and the communications team.

With recent new business wins and a 35% per cent increase in creative campaign work, the marketing communications agency has expanded the team to recruit graphic designer, Simon Stanyer and senior account executive, Helen Gaskell.

Simon’s career spans 5 years specialising in luxury retail, high street and fine art brands and will now be working closely with Big Cat marketing specialists to create engaging visual content and eye catching animations across a range of channels.

Helen, a former journalist in the Middle East, will be responsible for the content creation across multiple accounts in both consumer and b2b sectors.

Managing Director, Anthony Tattum said: “These new appointments add strength and depth to our growing, talented team and we’re really looking forward to the contribution they will both make to the agency.

“Content is at the heart of everything that we do – whether it be captivating visuals for a creative campaign rollout, or compelling story telling through written blogs and social engagement. Our team of social media experts, designers and copywriters all work side-by-side to produce a vast range of quality content for the brands that we work with, so both Simon and Helen are valuable additions to the team who we are very excited to be working with.”
