Palladium
Whilst this is a precious metal it cannot at present be hallmarked although this is likely to change in the near future. Palladium is strong and durable and has half the density of platinum and weighs less than gold. Being light it is particularly popular for larger items and its colour is very bright (almost blue) almost white and does not needs to be rhodium plated. The finish can either be highly polished or matt.
