With the launch of the forthcoming film SOULED OUT due for release next July, the artist David Barrow R.A who created all the artwork for the film, has signed exclusively to market leaders of Music related artwork, St Pauls Gallery.

To mark this new partnership David and St Paul’s Gallery are holding an exhibition of his artworks, inspired by the life and times at the Wigan Casino, home to Northern Soul.
