The Vaults is a place to relax and unwind. Our chic eatery and debonair lounge bar boasts private booths and metropolitan vibes infused with local contemporary art. Occupying the vaulted underpinnings of an imposing Victorian building, built in 1860, our surroundings are certainly distinctive and ultimately relaxing. Art and photography blend with signature exposed brickwork, bespoke furniture, polished wooden flooring and a dusky autumnal colour palette.  Modern British cuisine sees carefully sourced seasonal produce given a flavoursome touch in our intimate boutique restaurant.  The Vaults bar is a suave yet welcoming retreat, so get comfortable in an armchair and sip premier champagnes, bottled beers, wine or carefully crafted cocktails.  For the ultimate in VIP relaxation tuck yourself away in a private booth, adjust the lights and volume and enjoy.  Close the drapes on your own personal drinks den or leave wide open for the world to see.
